Vanessa has always had a huge heart for animals and has had many of her own. As a child, she began rescuing animals with her mother and her love for them only grew bigger. She currently has 4 dogs and 1 cat.

Vanessa has worked in the veterinary industry for over five years and came to us with experience as a doggy daycare/boarding attendant, Veterinary DVM and RVT assistant including surgical, animal care attendant for rescued animals as well as acting as a foster home. She is currently one of our customer service representatives and helps direct emergency calls, book appointments, answer questions about your pet's health and much more. She has a strong passion for animal medicine and helping others take care of their furry loved ones.
