DVM, DVSc, PhD
Dr. Mo earned his veterinary degree from Urmia University in Iran in 2006, followed by a national residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine (DVSc) at the University of Tehran in 2011. He then served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tabriz for six years before moving to Finland, where he completed his PhD and postdoctoral research at the University of Helsinki, focusing on canine chronic enteropathy and the gut microbiota.
Dr. Mo has been practicing veterinary medicine in Ontario since 2025. His clinical interests include internal medicine, preventive care, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. He is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to his patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Mo enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, hiking, playing soccer, and exploring nature.
