Dr. Simone graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1995. Since 1995, she has practiced both small animal and exotic medicine throughout southern Ontario. In 2010, Simone returned to Cambridge and joined AHC because of the hospital's compassion and dedication to the rescue of stray animals within the community. Residing in the countryside of Guelph with her two children and husband, she also likes to spend all of her free time hiking and boating among the islands of Georgian Bay.
